My story
Meet Mr. Scranton! Scranton is the most handsome tuxedo cat, complete with a cute litte tie! He is a 5 month old Domestic Short Hair kitten. Scranton was found stray so we don't have history prior to our care but he has been the sweetest fella since he got here! Scranton is your typical playful kitten. He gets along with other kittens and all the people who have met him. We don't know if he's ever been around dogs. If you're interested in meeting this fancy fella, call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment!Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
